We collect only the necessary, basic data about customers/users and data required for business operations and user communication, in accordance with good business practices and for the purpose of providing high-quality services.
We provide customers with the option of choice, including the ability to decide whether they wish to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns.
All customer/user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who require such data to perform their work. All employees of RU4M Ltd (and business partners) are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection.
Use of Third-Party Services – Stream Trust
RU4Meeting uses Stream (the GetStream messaging platform) to enable secure and reliable real-time chat functionality.
We share only the minimal data required for chat functionality:
- User ID
- Name/nickname
- Profile picture
We do not share email addresses, phone numbers, or contact lists.
Stream holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certifications, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) has been signed with the service provider.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectification and deletion,
- restriction of processing,
- objection to processing,
- withdrawal of consent,
- data portability,
- lodging a complaint with a competent authority.
