What the price does not cover. Exhibitor scale, languages and how much of the setup we run with you move the quote either way — and giveaways are a paid add-on. The free plan needs no call at all.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes, for free-entry events with registration tickets and up to 50 participants. No card, no call. If your event grows past that, you move up a plan.

Do attendees ever pay RU4M?

No. The app is free on iOS and Android, permanently. Whether an attendee pays for your ticket is your decision, and that money is yours.

Is it per event or per year?

Per event. Every price on this page buys one event, so a plan is chosen for the room you are filling rather than for the year ahead. Run three events and you choose three times — including Free, which stays free every time.
